Bus Connections

There is one bus connection at Wynnefield Avenue: the 40. The 40 goes between Wynnefield Heights and Society Hill. It's an L route, using roads like South Street/Lombard Street, 40th Street/41st Street, and Parkside Avenue, among others.

Points of Interest Near Wynnefield Avenue station

There is a lot near Wynnefield Avenue station.

  • Stores along Wynnefield Avenue
  • The studios for WPHL-TV, channel 17
  • An eighteen story tall apartment tower immediately next to the train station

The fact that this is not enough to give this station high ridership says a lot about how little service the Cynwyd line provides.
